What is pscyhological astrology?
Psychological astrology combines the traditional practice of astrology with depth psychology to offer a unique map of our psyche and path towards individualization.
Each planet from this perspective represents an inner primordial pattern in the psyche.
Through a reading, I hope to give you better understanding of the areas of life where you are naturally gifted or supported and try to counterbalance those areas that need some work. The beauty of astrology is its symmetry, so if there is something harsh or out of balance within your chart, there is always a way to ameliorate it.
By understanding the interplay between these energies, we can arm ourselves with greater self-knowledge on our journey towards wholeness.

About the astrologer
I am Sophia, a student of depth psychology and astrology for the last 5 years. I have a Bachelor’s in Classical Studies from Tufts University and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Counseling.
My interest in archetypes and the mythological has spanned my whole life, and my studies in the world of Greek and Roman literature were an extension of that passion. I’ve always been obsessed with trying to more deeply understand people and the unseen.
When I began to study Astrology, I found it startlingly accurate and a bit uncanny at times in its ability to express people’s inner workings. Astrology has been a hugely transformative part of my healing and a great source of precise insight.
